• Personal Property and Medical Insurance is your responsibility. KASS sports and entertain- merit ltd, its Officials, Associates and Agents will not be responsible for any claim for injury, loss or damage arising out of your direct or indirect connection or participation in the marathon.

• It is a condition of Entry that every participant associates with this event at his or her own risk.

• Payments are not refundable if cancellation of sponsorship is done.

• All participants accept and agree that any or all Photos, Videos or Films either taken individually or groups can be used are property o KASS sports and entertainment and permission for use must be sort.
• KASS, its Officials, Associates and Agents will do everything possible to promote the participants through the KASS FM radio, Kass TV and Kass weekly paper and have them in the KASS sports brochure.

• All participants hereby Indemnify, Release and provide a Waiver to kass sports and entertainment, its Officials, Associates, Agents, Sponsors, Directors, Officers, Employees, Administrators and Volunteers from all claims, liabilities and demands we may have or assert against them in respect of our participation in the Kass Marathon or related activities that result in any injury, loss, damage, time oft work, illness, mental stress or death and further Indemnify, Release, Waiver.

• The Organizers from all claims, liabilities and demands we may have or assert against them in respect of any loss or damage to our personal possessions.
  We have read the Indemnity, Release and Waiver and Understand, Acknowledge and Accept these Conditions of Sponsorship.
